How do I book an appointment?
Simply telephone us on 01793 877422, or call in to see us. We are happy to make appointments for regular examinations up to 12 months in advance.

Are you taking on new patients?
Yes – we are always happy to see new patients. Many of our new patients are referred to us by our existing ones – if you have been referred by one of our patients please do let us know so we can thank them.

What should I do in an emergency?
We aim to ensure that all patients with genuine dental emergencies are seen within 24 hours of contacting us. It is best to call us as early as possible after your emergency has arisen so that we can try to see you on the same day.

For emergency help outside our opening hours, please call 01793 877422 and listen to the recorded message for instructions.

What should I do if I need to cancel an appointment?
If you are unable to keep your appointment we would appreciate 24 hours notice to allow us to treat other patients who require urgent care.

Can I park at the practice?
There is convenient, free parking available in the car park right outside the practice and at the rear of the Village Centre.

Do you provide access for the less mobile?
Unfortunately our practice is located on the first floor with access being via the stairs. If accessibility proves difficult for any of our patients, we are happy to arrange visits to the patient’s home for routine examinations and simple treatments.
